Pizza Recipe Ingredients: For the Dough: All-purpose flour – 2 cups Warm water – ¾ cup Yeast – 1 tablespoon Sugar – 1 tablespoon Olive oil – 2 tablespoons Salt – ½ teaspoon For the Toppings: Pizza sauce (or tomato sauce) Mozzarella cheese – 200g Shredded chicken, sausages, or any meat of your choice Chopped bell peppers, onions, olives, mushrooms (optional) Chili flakes, oregano, or pizza seasoning Instructions: Prepare the Dough: In warm water, dissolve the yeast and sugar. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it froths. Mix the flour, salt, and olive oil in a bowl. Gradually add the yeast mixture and knead until it forms a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1–2 hours until doubled in size. Prepare the Base: Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F). Roll out the dough into a circular or rectangular shape, depending on your preference, and place it on a baking tray or pizza stone. Add Toppings: Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce over the base. Add shredded cheese as the first layer. Top it with your chosen meat, vegetables, and any extras. Sprinkle a little more cheese on top, along with oregano and chili flakes. Bake: Bake for 10–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Serve: Slice and enjoy your homemade pizza hot and fresh! 🍕
